·        Low key lighting creates suspense ·        Long shots/establishing shot of Abandon houses or location ·        Based on a true story ·        Non diegetic sound or a horn is very dark and mysterious sets a dull and moody atmosphere to the trailer. ·        The house is haunted, so someone may have died and may come back to life to haunt people who live in the house now ·        Close up shots of particular props in the trailer to show the significance as it shows where the ghost is present. ·        The camera tracks with a point of view shot so it allows the audience to following along with trailer. ·        Young vulnerable children are haunted by the ghost and used to get back at the family
