The trailer begins with the production titles for the film. Alliance Atlantics is a motion, distribution/production company and is also apart of the Entertainment one group. It is important to have the these titles at the beginning as it is a convention of a trailer as it shows acknowledgement to the audience about who created the film. The genre of the film is a British comedy drama as the conventions shows a lot of scenes where the audience can relate to, as these scenes are based around and ordinary lifestyle. The audience for the film is for both mixed audiences of men and women aged between 16-25, this is because of the content shown they can relate to, there own lives and the audience can following along with there lives.
Then the camera fades to show a two shot of two boys sat down, as one of the boys is talking about how much the other guy has eaten, whilst the other guy listen and continues to search for more food. Then the next scene shows the conversation between the man and the one of the boys as the non diegetic sound changes to a tambourine and a low horn noise as this symbolises rejection and now the stranger want some answer and one of the protagonist takes this as a joke and laughs it off however the stranger grabs hold of him as he seek revenge as they have been playing with his feelings, so this shows a turned side to the stranger as he first helped them and now he wants to seek revenge on them. This shows a turning point as the stranger now has his hood on signifying danger and anger as it shows him being in a more stronger person as he has been played around with by two kids making him look stupid .
